If you choose to participate in the Dealer Incentive Program, Cummins will collect your name, dealer association, job title, work telephone number, and work email address. The information collected about you in relation to the Program will only be used in connection with the Program, such as to keep track of the ESNs that you submit, and for purposes of awarding prizes. Because Cummins is headquartered in the U.S., the data may be transferred to or stored on servers in the U.S. Although the U.S. privacy and security laws may not offer the same level of protection as those in certain other countries such as Canada and the E.U. member states, Cummins has put in place safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data, as well as measures that fulfill the cross-border data transfer obligations.
